We want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After confirming your return, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided to ensure tracked and secure delivery back to our warehouse.

  Package the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is free of dog hair, dirt, or odors to qualify for a refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
